liveYoga is the Yoga studio of Asaf Hacmon for Yoga practice and yogic coaching overlooking the water of east-center Amsterdam. The yoga studio offers yoga classes for different levels in a warm and energizing atmosphere where personal attention is everything.

Iyengar Yoga in the Heart of Amsterdam

Our yoga classes are in the Iyengar Yoga tradition and include a wide and ever-changing variety of Yoga postures with special attention to posture alignment and mindfulness. Our main focus is the study and practice of Yoga Asanas, however, we always aim to go a step (or two) beyond and stimulate the appetite for depth and integration.

Yoga classes in Amsterdam and Utrecht

All classes are given by Asaf Hacmon, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. The yoga home studio is based in Amsterdam, but Asaf also teaches in Yogamoves (Utrecht) as well as offering international yoga retreats and workshops in around Europe.
