BI MONTHLY PREGNANCY YOGA COURSE AT LIVEYOGA
Drawing on years of experience guiding pregnant women with yoga we designed a wonderful yoga course for both the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy. Each course is made up of six (2 hours each) classes spreading over two months. The course is therefore Bi-monthly (starting every other month) and you can attend it more than once if you wish to enjoy it as a weekly class.
