Yoga Class timings and locations
Asaf currently teaches Iyengar Yoga classes in Amsterdam and Utrecht as well as offering private yoga classes in Amsterdam. The table below will give you an overview. Please feel free to contact if you have any question regarding availability.

What should you bring to yoga class?
- Comfy/sporty clothing. Preferably shorts so you could see your own knees.
- You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat but its not necessary – the studio is fully equipped.
- Please bring a towel with you if you tend to sweat.
General tips
- If you are planning to come to a yoga class at liveYoga home-studio please write/text before to reserve a mat for the class of your liking (we tend to be fully booked!)
- Please come 10 minutes before class so you get a chance to change, take it easy, have a cup of tea and warm up.
- Doors open 15 minutes before each class. We start on time!
- If you like to come for a try-out yoga lesson please contact earlier to reserve a spot for a class that suits you best.
- Its best to practice on an empty stomach and empty bowels. Not eating at least 2 hours before class is recommended.
- We warmly recommend taking a shower before Yoga practice
