YOGA INTRODUCTION COURSES IN AMSTERDAM – START AT THE BEGINNING!
If you are new to yoga you are always welcome at any of our Level 1 classes. However, we also offer a special 4 weeks ‘introduction to yoga’ course with one of our teachers. Over 4 separate sessions, you will have a chance to learn step by step right from the beginning.

CONVENIENT AND LOGICAL WAY TO START YOGA
- Classes are on the weekends (Saturdays or Sundays at 14:00).
- We start on the first weekend of the month* and go on for 4 consecutive meetings of 90 minutes each.
- We have a min of 5 participants and max 10 (if a course is not full it is postponed automatically to the following month).
- Worried about missing a class? No worries – you can take that class again for free (GRATIS) in the following course that we offer.
ONE AFFORDABLE PRICE FOR THE ENTIRE COURSE
€55,- is the price for the entire course. It includes tuition and a warm cup of tea before/after class. Please transfer the fee along with your sign up at least a week before the start date.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Pre sign up and payment is mandatory. Reservations are in order of actual payment. When sign up is complete you will receive from us an email confirmation of payment and place in the course.
