Yoga, Food & Nature is a collaboration of yoga teacher Asaf Hacmon from liveYoga and Natural chef and published Author – Galit Hahn from Green Catering. We believe in a total holistic approach in which body, mind and heart are all nourished in a balanced way.

We design and offer special yoga retreats in beautiful nature locations where we offer you the possibility to practice yoga in depth in all of its colors in a supportive retreat environment. All our retreats offer an active and invigoration Yoga practice in the mornings, a deep and restorative Yoga and Pranayama practice in the afternoons, and Meditation in the evenings.
Treat Yourself to a Purifying Diet
To support your body and mind in this unique process, we prepare for you a carefully balanced gourmet vegetarian menu to nourish your body while allowing it to naturally detox. All our food is freshly made from local seasonal produce and is sugar- free, wheat-free and cow milk-free. To further support your culinary experience we offer evening talks on natural food philosophy and healthy cooking.
