retreat terms and conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for our upcoming Yoga retreats. Please make sure you read and understand them before you fill and sign our signup form. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We would love to help you in any way.

accommodation

Accommodation is available from the evening before the retreat starting date till the last day of the retreat. You will be living in one of our accommodations based on your indicated preferences and subject of course to availability. Rooms will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. We will confirm the type of room you will have before payment.

meals

You’ll be served 3 delicious vegetarian meals each day for the 4 days of the retreat. We will serve a light and delicious breakfast after the morning yoga class, a healthy lunch around noon and a warm dinner around 19:00 after the evening yoga class. On the evening of arrival we’ll have a welcome dinner and on the noontime of the last day we’ll have our goodbye lunch.

the program

During the 4-day retreat each morning will start with a 2.5 hours active yoga asana class and in the afternoon there will be a 2-hours restorative yoga asana and pranayama class. After dinner we’ll have talks on topics like healthy food, natural cooking and balanced nutrition. The day’s program will end each night at 21:00 with an optional gathering for short silent meditation.

package cost

The package price for the entire retreat (Thursday – Monday) includes all tuition (yoga classes and lectures), use of yoga equipment*, all meals, and accommodation for 4 nights. The price does not include transportation to and from the retreat as well as travel insurances of any kind.

* You need to bring your own yoga mat. If you have a particular problem doing so please contact us in advance.

** Early bird discount is subject to the deposit arriving in our bank account before the advertised due date for such discount.

booking information

You can reserve your place at the retreat with a non-refundable deposit of €150. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat up to 3 weeks before its date, and if so you will be fully refunded for your deposit or fee. When we receive your application we will call you within 48 hours. Your booking will be confirmed up to 3 weeks before the retreat’s date, at which time you will have one week to pay the balance (total package cost minus the deposit). When booking you accept these conditions whether or not you sign the booking form.

cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 30 days prior to the retreat’s date you are entitled to a 50% refund on the retreat price. After that there is no refund unless you can find a new participant to replace you. In any case the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

insurances

Since we cannot be liable for any accidents or injuries which occur during your stay at the Yoga, Food and Nature retreat, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your trip as we are not liable for any traveling delay, strikes, lost baggage or injuries. Insurances are not included in the price you pay.

transportation

Flights, trains and car rentals are not included in the price. We recommend that you rent a car for your transportation so you could also explore this wonderful nature around you. If you like, we can try and help connect you with other participants who want to share car rental.
