We know that starting with yoga can be difficult. Am I flexible enough? What kind of style fits me? How advanced are others? Do I fit in? All very reasonable questions. We are here to take away your worries. Starting Yoga is fun and we are here to help you begin in a save way!

Our Yoga Beginners Course is specially designed for everybody who is starting Yoga. In 4 weeks, over 4 separate classes, you will have a chance to start yoga at the very beginning. Dennis will gradually let you take notice of all aspects of Yoga. Somewhere during the 4 weeks, we will also make time for an intake in which we help you to make a plan of how to implement Yoga in your life after the course is over. Afterwards, you will be confident to go to the regular classes and integrate the beauty of Yoga into your Life. Your life will be forever enriched because of it. That is a promise!


  • Step by step teaching of key poses and concepts in yoga
  • Individual attention to special/personal needs (study in small groups)
  • Learn in a gradual way from easy to complex
  • Learn key facts about the human body (anatomy and physiology)
  • Learn key ideas in yoga philosophy
  • Practice with the same group of students (beginners like you) during the whole course
  • Have a one on one talk with us in which we will really help you find direction in your Yoga practice


*Classes are on Saturdays at 15:15 till 16:45
*Courses go on for 4 consecutive meetings of 90 minutes each.
*We have a min of 6 participants and max 12 (if the course is not full it’s postponed to the following month).
