Enjoy the enhanced benefits of a long asana practice preparing your body for pranayama to create a deep meditative state of mind.
We will explore the proper alignment with the correct use of props to create stability and quietness in each and every pose we practice. You will learn how to connect with your spine and learn to extend your body evenly outwards, keeping the inward connection. We will guide you through breathing techniques and learn how to create a meditative state of mind. With such, we expect that you will experience a different and more in depth version of your asana practice.
There will be time for questions and answers.
3 months of Iyengar Yoga practice is preferred.
