AyurYoga (Ayurveda & Yoga) is a beautiful yoga method that considers your present reality and empowers you to improve your body/mind balance. About Cristina Libanori
Cristina is certified Iyengar yoga teacher. Born and raised in Italy, she has spent most of her life studying the body-mind connection in many disciplines. Certified also as an Ayurveda nutritionist she is bursting with knowledge and enthusiasm about yoga and health. Her classes are fun as cristina challenges students to balance between body, breath and mind in a playful manner.
